  • Service – food, starters, soup, drinks, dessert
  • Clearance
  • Laying the cover/ table , changing cutlery
  • Cleaning the table
  • Placing mouth freshener on the table
  • Clearing bill folders & returning change, cards back to the guest.

Job Responsibilities

  • To check the quality of goods(vegetables, meat & seafood) received
  • To keep kitchen and back area clean
  • To clean the fridges cold room arrange the goods according to lifo fifo
  • To prepare all the required sauces and pastes for the day according to recipes mentioned.
  • To pack all the meat and seafood according to specifications
  • To keep mis-en-pla ready for the day
  • To keep the work area, cupboards and floors clean at all times
  • To help in taking closing and opening inventory
  • To stack all the goods properly after closing shift
  • To clean the kitchen thoroughly and arrange it properly for next day operations
  • To clean the hood daily
  • To shut the gas and remove the valve before leaving
  • Check all fridges are in working conditions and doors properly shut before leaving
